Q: What makes Uniform Destination different from other uniform retailers?
A: Uniform Destination is a uniform factory outlet store specializing in medical scrubs. We strive to offer our customers tremendous value every day. That means name brand scrubs at outlet prices. You will find no factory seconds and no irregulars. The quality of our garments meets or surpasses the quality that you will find at any other retail or boutique scrub shop.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Unfortunately we only ship within the United States at this time.

Q: What type of brands do you carry?
A: We carry the most popular brand named scrubs including Sanibel Scrubs, a Uniform Destination exclusive brand. For the super savvy saver we also offer our Uniform Destination value line.
Q: How can I find out if you carry a certain brand or style?
A: We are working to improve our search options. For now, try clicking within a category. On the left side will be a column that allows you to narrow your results. If you still have no luck finding the item you are looking for, feel free to contact us. We would love to hear about the item you are in search of.
Orders
A: No. If an item is out of stock, a customer service representative will contact you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Payment Information
Q: Do you accept international credit cards?
A: We do accept international credit cards containing a logo from either Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express, however, we only ship within the United States. Our system does not currently support international addresses within the billing information so if you wish to have an order shipped within the United States but billed to an international credit card then please follow the steps below.

Returns
Q: What do I do if I want to return what I ordered?
A: Check out the Return Policy page.
Q: What do I do if I want to exchange what I ordered?
A: Exchanges online are tricky. We recommend you return the item you no longer want by going through our normal return for refund process and then go back in and order the item you would like. If you are doing a simple item-for-item swap, we will gladly give you free shipping on your replacement item. We do however deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
Q: What do I do if I want to return a gift?
A: We are very sorry that your gift did not work out for you. If you wish to return the item(s) please contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-888-405-1188 or contact us by email for assistance. We will need to obtain some additional information in order to pull up the account that the gift was purchased on. We will need the order number, their first and last name, email, or phone number. Any gift item being returned will be refunded to the original purchaser’s method of payment.
Q: How long does it take for me to get a refund?
A: It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach our fulfillment center. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company or bank, it may take an additional business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
