Physical Store Policies
Our return policy for merchandise purchased in-store will vary by region. Please reference your receipt or contact your local store for details.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for all in-stock items to be received.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. If you refuse delivery, the cost of shipment back to us will be deducted from your return.
We recommend you return items via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
Online Return Policy
Of course we always hope you are pleased with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return any item(s) in original condition, tags attached, for a REFUND within 30 days of receipt. We cannot accept for return any item(s) that have been washed, worn, altered, embroidered or screen printed.
All non-apparel items may only be returned within 30 days of receipt in original condition and original packaging including manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.
For repair, maintenance, and warranty service that is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
If your wish is to EXCHANGE an online purchase, please follow instructions and policy information for returns. Once processed, the amount of the ordered item will be refunded and you will need to re-order through the website. Shipping costs for returned items are not refundable.
Once your returned items are received, please allow 7-10 business days for your items to be processes, inspected, and for your original payment method to be credited. Please note that depending on your credit card company or bank, it may take additional business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Unfortunately merchandise purchased online will not be accepted for return or exchange at any of our retail stores. Likewise, merchandise purchased at any of our retail stores will not be accepted for return or exchange online.
Cancelling or Deleting an Account
Cancelling or deleting an account does not constitute a return or refund of ordered items. If you delete your account after ordering, please email us at email@example.com to cancel your order and receive a refund.
